THE FIRST STEP

The Performance Diagnostic

A fixed-fee, 30-day engagement. You know the price, the scope and the deliverable before you start.

When it fits

Locations perform unevenly. Optical capture or conversion is below where you want it. Growth is straining operations. Or you are preparing a practice or unit for sale and need consistent, owner-independent results.

What happens in 30 days

  1. Week 1: Leadership interview and review of your sales, staffing and operating reports.
  2. Weeks 2–3: On-site observation of the customer or patient journey, plus team and manager conversations.
  3. Week 4: Written findings, a prioritized 90-day action plan and a working session with your leaders.

Measures we review

  • Optical capture rate
  • Exam-to-purchase conversion
  • Average transaction value
  • Labor productivity
  • Location profitability
  • Customer retention

SAMPLE OUTPUT · FICTIONAL EXAMPLE

From observation to action

Observation
Patients leave the exam room without a clear handoff to an optician on busy days.
Business implication
Eyewear capture drops on the practice’s highest-volume days.
Recommended action
Assign a doctor-to-optician handoff script and a named optician per exam block; manager reviews daily.
Measure to review
Capture rate by day of week, reviewed weekly for 90 days.

This shows the format of a recommendation. It is not a client finding or a forecast.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before we talk.

How much does an engagement cost?

Practice Diagnostics start at $5,000 and Multi-Site or Franchise Diagnostics at $10,000, both fixed fee. Ongoing advisory starts at $3,000 per month, and fractional operations leadership at $9,500 per month. Your proposal confirms the exact fee.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes. Diagnostics are paid 50% at signing and 50% at delivery. Advisory is billed monthly in advance, with 10% off the monthly rate for a 6-month commitment. Half of your Diagnostic fee is credited toward advisory signed within 30 days. Payments are made to LuxeVista Brands LLC D/B/A LuxeVista Advisory Group; invoices can be paid by PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay or card where available.

Is my business the right fit?

The strongest fit is an owner or leadership team with a specific performance question—uneven locations, low capture or conversion, growth pressure or preparing for a sale—and the capacity to act on the findings.

Will I work directly with Patrick?

Yes. Patrick leads and delivers every engagement.

Do you work on-site or over Zoom?

Both. Most Diagnostics combine on-site observation with Zoom working sessions. U.S. and international clients are supported; travel is billed at cost.

How will we measure progress?

We agree on a starting point and a small set of measures—such as capture rate, conversion, average transaction, labor productivity or location profitability—and review them against the 90-day plan. Results are reviewed in context, not promised in advance.

Do you offer team training?

Yes. Workshops and team training, including the Workplace Conversations and Accountability program in English and Spanish, are available at a day rate or as part of an advisory engagement.

What is outside your scope?

LuxeVista focuses on business operations and commercial performance. Clinical care, legal, tax and franchise-legal matters require appropriately qualified professionals.
